Santa Claus makes it big with Bitcoin, takes first Christmas off in history

What?

Santa loves dabbling in new technology. When Bitcoin came across his radar in 2009, he decided to buy 100 coins. His cryptocurrencies are now worth $1,990,000 CAD. For Christmas this year, he decided to take Mrs. Claus and all the elves and reindeer on a tropical vacation while his new electric, self-driving Tesled flies around the world and releases fire-proof drones to deliver presents.

So what?

While Santa sips eggnog in the Bahamas, present delivery will be done seamlessly as he watches from his tablet. There are rumours that Santa has even included a drone that mimics footsteps on roofs and projects a hologram of himself in case any children wake up to check for him putting gifts under the tree.
