This project looked at the changing nature of regulation and its use in addressing public policy challenges. The project considered two subject areas. The first was applied initiatives. It was designed to help government regulators and managers to carry out regulatory impact analyses. The second subject area was strategic initiatives. It was targeted at decision makers interested in how the regulatory environment could change.
